The generosity of Rig-Talk members

Had a lot of members here hook a poor fella up with freebies over the past few years. Shirts, shoes, pedals, airplay etc etc all kinds of stuff. It's pretty incredible, and humbling, really....

An unnamed member the other day asked if it was cool he send me some stuff he's cleaning out his music room closet. Same member had offered to buy me some expensive guitar parts a couple months ago but I just couldn't accept that kinda generosity. Since this wasn't so (seemingly) high priced so I said sure.

The box arrived today and it's got about $250 worth of pig-hog and rattlesnake guitar, speaker, and patch cables, a truetone one spot, a half dozen tubes, multiple expensive guitar straps, a couple different homebrewed pedals, and a bunch of other various guitar related stuff on top of it. Thank you, kind rig-talker! You guys here amaze me sometimes....

This forum is amazing! Just asked for advise from 2 members regarding an Eventide Eclipse which I will fetch tomorrow and both of them replied! A bit unclear things for me in the manual or I had missed those infos I was searching for and got an answer/confirmation from the forumites. Thank You!

That’s why I love this place. There’s people on here that I would give them the shirt off my back and bring them into my home to live…no question. When the mailman died I took it hard. I know he would not want me to mention but Martin rottincorpse probably kept me from suck starting a shotgun. I am probably exaggerating it but that’s one of the lowest points I have been at in my adult life. And many others… Jason sandman… he’s my brother, Tim and Jonny… vonbonfire and Jonny guitar…. Dooredge has blessed me randomly this week as well…. My brother japetus…and I mean that.. also my Azerbaijani negro crystalsky…Charveldan is awesome and we have become good friends… you don’t have to agree with everyone to be bro’s… my brother Headlessdeadguy who went through hell and blessed me with the opportunity to share in his family’s miracle… I mean I can go on and on and on about the folks on here. But you got your share of cocksuckers on here as well. It is what it is.
