Stupid thread! I was completely GAS free until I started looking at some of these guitars.

BTW, I played a Charvel San Dimas strat for the first time today and I fell in love with it. Their guitars need more exposure!

Charvels looks nice and a couple of their guitars I've tested felt nice BUT they're overpriced like hell!!!! :gethim:

I didn't plan it this way, but I have a guitar enroute to quell any NAMM gas. It might work out well.

For those interested, '95 Hamer Diablo. I take pics when it arrives.

Those have got to be some of the ugliest guitars I've seen.

I guess I jsut have different tastes than you all.

How old are you guys? I'm 23 and I prefer guitars that are classy, minimalistic, and refined. Maybe "chic" is the right word?

I like paisley and tie dye so don't mind my taste.

I want that bottom guitar SO much. Looks cool as hell.
+1 those are some badass Charvels right there. HOT! Awesome....Thanks for the pics, Jakem!

I don't want to know how much those 24 fret Suhr guitars cost. Well, I'm guessing around $3800 maybe.

The map Charvel idea came from a custom order Jackson here in CT, Dan Lawarence redid the paint job for the guy and he brought the idea to Charvel. There was a MAP Charvel there last year as well.

Unfortunately I got sick and will not be able to attend NAMM this year.

Dunno if it's NAMM related, but here are those Washburn HM' V'sWashburn HM' V's with the carbon fiber neck. I remember the day we threw that yellow one together. The graphics are amazingly well done. They were actually masked off, not a decal.

They play like a freaking dream, even though they were a bitch to assemble. They have a really funky neck joint similar to Parker's bolt on USA guitars.
