Anyway the fact is you said you wouldn't take the word of the person who designed the equipment and think you know better than experts. That's all anyone here needs to know.

I was a union carpenter and then a contractor for over 20 years before I came to work for this utility company ( there’s your clue dumbass). You don’t walk away from your own construction company and your entire field to simply go dig holes in an unskilled position. And again, you don’t make the money I make in an unskilled position.

Thats not what Im referring to and as said these EVH/Heritage Speakers can be bought individually form Celestion or Retailer and are labeled 20w just like Scumbacks at 20w.

And the fact is you and and these other guys aren't replacing people's blow up speakers either or blown up amps listening to your Trailer Park advice.
 
It's Schrodinger's EVH speaker. Apparently it's either 20 or 25 watts until you open the cab and look at the label. :ROFLMAO:

Im not questioning his knowledge...... Just the fact that no one here can replace or will replace speakers mishandled or misused and that's it. Forum Bro Logic isn't warranty.......

I get what others are saying but it's just out of an abundance of caution and well not everyone here or reading out there is a seasoned vet.


Nvm with the cab, say you use it with another amp brand right but again buying these individually. Even Jim at Scumback says use 8 20w speakers for a 100w head for safe use..... These EVH/Heritage Greenbacks are labeled 20w just like Jims under warranty sold individually.


And well I'm not here to talk about that or whatever else as much as these guys want to and just here to talk about cool amps and Bad Cat 😺

There would have to be blown speakers for someone to replace in the first place, and there are none. You are creating hypothetical situations in your head where you are somehow "correct" so you can be "right."

It's honestly so much worse than just taking the L
 
I really wanted to stay out of this ...... but this one nagging question just keeps rising up within me ....

who's blown any of those speakers up ??
