• What does a warranty have to do with anything when people are not blowing speakers and don't they need replacing.

If you buy any electrical piece of equipment with a 110V/60Hz power connection and you hook it up knowingly to 240V/50Hz, you think DeWalt is gonna replace your belt sander after such clear misuse?

Aaaaaand he's conflating actual delicate 20W speakers with those EVH speakers, makes blunt statements about what @Scumback Speakers does or doesn't do with an attitude like he wrote Jim's company guidelines himself!!! Not at one point did Jim day "sorry, if you hook up a 100W amp to 4 of my 20W labelled, but in reality 25W handling speakers and you blow a few, I will or won't replace them, because the label said 20W, so I'm off the hook for warranty". Yet our village idiot speaks in absolutes, zero-sum statements and random as hominems that seem to worsen based on how off the rails he is at the moment.

At times I've recommended Scumback speakers to people who were looking for specific things. Seeing the behavior of the proprietor, I doubt I will ever do that again. He should consider why he's busy shitting in a Badcat thread.

Honestly I always supported Jim at Scumback and have always said hey check out his stuff, its pretty good and this doesn't change that but why be so petty, hypocritical and well unreasonable over this when he doesn't even cover his own 20w speakers under warranty and is here pretty much telling people to disregard what the label says on Celestion speakers..... Makes zero fucking sense.

You keep claiming "facts" that a 50W amp will blow up when connected to a pair of 20W speakers and it's the opposite.
Even IF those speakers would blow up (which they most likely won't...) the amp will see a load. So the amp survives.

So again, NO... Wrong...your "facts" are BS.
