It's amazing how they can play all the harmonic minor, phrygian, and diminished yngwie shit "perfectly" and still sound like a bunch of pointless noise because they don't understand composition besides the technical aspect - music isn't just math
1. There's no understanding of counterpoint when they attempt it - neither the two guitars or the bass. They are all just shredding as much as possible at all times without a care in the world for anything except whether it's in the correct scale and key.
2. the music never breathes at all to make the shred seem exciting
3. the rhythm is janky and has no groove in the the 16th triplet parts
4. its all on the grid like midi
5. The singer never deviates from his one vocal pitch and rhythm for the literal entire fucking song

At first listen, it was a bit tough.
I think the first part of the solo is solid (2:34-3:00). But really I'm not 100% sure where the solo starts or ends. The second guitarist's solo (answer?) after the 3:00 loses it.
I listened to the song again, and If I try to see what they are going for, i think it isn't completely horrible until that second solo. But really, it isn't my type of music at all. But I'm not sure everyone's comments here aren't a bit tongue in cheek to fuck with techie

I dug it. The lead break sounds like Necrophagist meets Andy LaRocque. These guys stand out amongst the ultra tech genre. Well done @Techdeth !
