remember, roll outta bed. don't sit-up. it'll feel like like you did 400 sit -ups. it's more of a annoyance than anything. i had one in my bellybutton. and 3 days later i was walking at the mall. feel better soon.

Thanks... so far so good. Feels like I just got done sparring w/ Royce Gracie, which I'm used to. (Trained with him for years)
