Very good news. Glad you are feeling well. Always scary going under the knife. Take it easy for a few days and then get back to rockin'.

Thanks brother....

I took the week off of work, and will be chilling. I have one of my son's (my friend too) girl friends staying at the house to baby sit me. Trying to work out the sponge bath schedule now. lol

Ya, she's 21....

Cool!!!! I have a Plexitone here now too-- YAY, and when I get to feeling a bit more nimble, I'm going to have some fun with it and see what kind of tone recipe I can come up with ...

Hi Zach. I'm glad to see that the surgery went well. I once had a hernia operation as well, back when I was 16 years old. I couldn't walk for the first week and had to stay home. But all was fine after, and I hope that you will be too mate.

A week off work and sponge baths by a 21 yr old female sounds like the recovery will not be too bad at all :)

Glad everything went well!

Aloha Mark,

I am actually feeling WAY better than I thought I would. I am definitely feeling it, but I can walk up/down stairs with no major discomfort (albeit, slower than normal and very carefully), and can sit at my computer with no problem. Rolling out of bed is a bit of a chore, and laughing, coughing, bending down to pick something up off the floor (Not fun). No sponge baths (yet) lol, but did get a nice back massage. While typing this I hiccuped a couple of times and that shocked the daylights out of me... Strange uncomfortable sensation.

They gave me oxycodone for pain, and it must be doing something, because the pain on a scale of 1-10-- 1 being not worth mentioning, and 10 being horrible-- I'd say I'm around a 3-4. I have endured more pain training with Royce Gracie, so I'm CERTAIN your well wishes played a part in things going well, so Thank you and everyone else who sent prayers and mojo.

You guys are the BEST.
