Does the Naylor SuperDrive 60 count (2x6L6's 60 watts)? If so, that would be #1 for me for 50w high gainer. Reason SM50 is also a pretty cool 50 watter

My '67 Tremolo (50 watts), Jim Kelley (60 watts (4x6V6's)) and Schroeder DeeBee (40 watts) are some of my favorite amps, but not really high gain I guess. Schroeder is one of the loudest amps I have despite the 40 watt rating and can make even a Wizard and Hiwatt seem comparatively compressed

My Splawn modded 1987X is pretty cool for me. Has Hi/Lo, OD1/OD2, and solo boost. So much gain it was a bit out of control so I put 5751’s in V1 and V2.

EVH 5150 III 50W is pretty much the only 50W amp I have liked. Great all-around amp.

1. EVH 5150 III 50w (there are three versions: 6L6, EL34, Stealth. They're all good)
