This makes me sad. I talked to him a few months ago. Such a nice guy. I have a mesa mpulse 600 bass amp I need repaired though. :(

The sentences are contradictory. No employer would pay him 2% of those figures.
I would......

Because it's an investment to guarantee the customer..... Yeah this guy is going but we are going to pay him well to squeeze out the last of him and pass it on to the next guys.

Maybe half of what I said or a quarter but yeah.....

IMO that's worth it.

No company in the world would pay a repair man a million dollars. Probably more likely that Gibson just stop accepting out of warranty repairs, or mods of any kind.

Mike has also got to be around the same age as Randall, I’m sure he wouldn’t mind retiring. And if not, he can keep doing repairs without Mesa/gibson. I recall someone here saying when they got their recto modded to rev c specs they were billed by Mike directly rather than though Mesa.

Start by getting your first million in cash together, then get back to us on how hard that was, and let us know if you’d be willing to give 10x amount away. Only people who’ve never dealt with these figures think they are reasonable.

Right on.....

You do the same or better in this industry...... Than those genius fucks from Harvard or where ever the fuck........

Or any industry worth and damn.....

Then get back to me
