Hack
I ordered a mini 33 from Fortin to try it out with my setup. Unfortunately, it appears I may not get to. It was scheduled for delivery yesterday, but tracking shows it was received in ft worth 4 days ago and then nothing.

Unfortunately, because of the uncertain tracking, I seem to be unable to file a claim.

Those of you with experience in this matter, please tell me the hellish experience I will go through with the claim process once I am finally able to file said claim.

Hopefully it doesn’t get to that point & just arrives a bit late.

I’ve had that happen more times than I can recall in recent years.

I would love it to arrive. I called the UPS customer service (India).
She told me to file a claim. Maybe it was just to get me off the phone..

If it comes to my door, it will be fine. I had speakers come when i was on vacation. They were still here when i got back. That was slightly stressful, but it didn't rain

That's kinda funny (not haha), because I just had a random package show up at my house courtesy of UPS.
I thought it might be a gift, so I opened it up, and apparently it's someone's amazon return.
Now I get to travel over to UPS and get it going to its intended destination..

That sucks. FedEx ain't much different. I have a Tom Anderson Arch Angel on the way, scheduled delivery for Friday, then Saturday, now Sunday. It's literally been 10 miles away moving around some warehouse for 3 days.

Hmm. At least they are scanning the thing

If there’s a claim to be filed, isn’t by the person who shipped it?

I've had similar issues with UPS, FedEx, and USPS. More times than not the package will just arrive late. Last month (Dec 8th) I bought a Digitech Drop. It was shipped via USPS on Dec 9th. It went from outside Las Vegas, to Las Vegas, to New Jersey, to Baltimore, to Puerto Rico, to Las Vegas, to New Jersey, to Baltimore, and arrived yesterday morning.

That is Odd. Why Puerto Rico?

UPDATE: I have finally been able to submit a claim and it seems to have been accepted. I don't know necessarily what that means, but it should get them looking in Ft Worth, at the very least...

I rarely purchase anything online because most items shipped via USPS go on a two week nationwide tour. Last year I had a package land in a city close to mine, then it shot off to Louisiana where it was delivered. I live in Minnesota.
