Why would someone repaint a bullseye??? I would say around $3000? The USA Charvels are awesome.

Who knows, I couldn't tell it was repainted, maybe he's wrong.

Also I noticed the string tree hole on the peg head. This must have been some kind of Charvel mutt.

It was modded from a traditional trem to a Floyd maybe - just due to the string nut. You can tell pretty easily by looking at the route for the Floyd and nut, unless it was really a top-notch luthier. My old Charvel was modded at the factory and extremely easy to note that from photos. If you pull the neck, you can probably ascertain whether it really is a repaint. I assume they still dated necks and bodies in 2004. If so, it'll be easy to tell if they came from the factory at the right time to both be together/original if that's what you're looking for - probably worth checking before listing!

I suck at values for Charvels, and they're unique/rare enough that it's always really dependent on who is (or isn't) interested at the time.

It looks like too many parts and things have been changed for me to trust that as an original. For me, that would drop value heavily. I would offer what I was comfortable with as far as cost of parts. Maybe $1600 max if I really loved it and that feels like pushing it.

An unmolested Bullseye could be around $3500 depending on how fast the owner wants to sell it.

I wouldn't give more than low $2000s for a repaint. People who haven't played a USA Charvel superstrat or the similar Jackson Adrian Smith USA take on this are missing out. They are KILLER guitars, much better than even the MIJ equivalents I've played. Materials and craftmanship are next level, and they sound amazing.

There was not the six holes under the bridge but if it were a repaint, they could have puttied them.

Maybe the neck was slatted for a different guitar? 2004 was the new first year for them.

Have you googled the serial number? May a pic or two might pop up?

Right now it's in storage, these are some old pictures. Once I pull it out, I will give it a better looking over.

I am thinking about pulling the trigger on a new USA Wolfgang and just need to thin the herd.

The "repaint" plus "neck from another setup/guitar" would put this in partscaster territory for me. I know that's probably not what you want to hear, but without some explanation from a reputable source of WTF happened I would consider it to be two Duncans, an OFR, and a parts body and neck and price accordingly. If the neck fretwork is good which I'm assuming it is I'd give a few hundred credit for that.

Yes, many WTF things going on here.

I can't find any pics of a Bulls Eye with 2 humbuckers. If it's a repaint, it's certainly a pro job.

With the price of American made guitar these days, I don't think $2500 with the G&G case is unreasonable, do you?

I suppose it's conceivable I'd pay that after playing it. I'm also probably just not your ideal buyer. Someone who felt very comfortable inspecting it and answering those WTF questions might come to a much higher valuation than I would.
