I got this pick punch for Christmas a year ago, just punch and sand, here are some I made with an old credit card, you can buy sheets of what you like in thickness that you like, it's a nice novelty item and does work.
don't worry these cards are closed accounts

I am using an exclusive material which can stop bullets and which is also used in cardiothoracic surgery (just recently learned that) mate...

Your credit card cutter would implose, I am already having a very hard time cutting it on the bandsaw, the blades become vegetable very fast...

Are you sure you've checked those credit card accounts?

Like I said, I got it for a gift, and It is just for making picks not for (rocket science), I don't need anything that stops bullets just to pick some strings, a sheet of 1.26mm acetal,will do just fine

So, you seriously have the real deal eh? A true MANCAVE yes?? Nicely done. And believe it or not, I've not heard of this Wardingham guy till just now, and I totally dig his videos. Nicely done - I'd love one of those picks, they're an interesting material - not stone as that would crack and break; and not plastic as that would melt. What the hell is it??

I am currently working on a pick for Paul which takes forever to design but the final result will be really fast!
