Going to throw a bunch of chicken wings on the grill in a bit to eat while watching football…

Thanks.

So I've got making an omelet down to a science. 6 large eggs = 10 oz of eggs beaten. I don't add anything to that but used to. I use the same frying pan each time and 10oz seems to be the magical amount of egg. Too much and it takes forever to cook; too little and you can't make a nice round thick omelet. So what I'm doing with the fork is jacking on side of the pan up and off the heat to get my eggs cooking faster over more direct heat. Then after a few minutes of that I lay it back down finish cooking normally. Then I put the ingredients in (one that same side) and flip it after a few more minutes. This is like 10 minutes total. You can't cook a good omelet quickly but I've seen chefs do all of this much faster over a higher heat - but that adds risk.

I usually do not eat an entire 6 egg omelet all at once all though I could. I save half for another morning.

So I made another omelet the other day but it looked just like my other ones and didn't take pics of that.

I did use my cashe of veggies to doctor up a pizza.

and when I say doctor I mean I doctored a DiGiorno. Sometimes that is just easier and faster and they have a gluten free pepperoni pizza now. So I have to remove those and put on my own turkey pepperoni. Also diced jalapeno and turkey bacon.
