I can’t sleep for shit. Since I got m.s. my sleep patterns are fucked. Average about three hours. Then I just doze or get up. With or without ambian.

Pray about it. Also go for an hour's walk or more each day if you don't already and are capable. Doing something physical each day makes it easier to sleep and walking is relatively low impact on the joints etc and still a whole body workout. As an old mate of mine used to say "If ur active ur attractive Andy". lol

I lean towards Floyd Eye's point of views on politics except for a few things that are dear to him (gun proliferation) but I agree with you on this. As I get older I realise I have to love everyone more (not that way) because we become something that is mean. Not to mention what the Bible says is commandment no. 1 Love one another.

I am bitter about how society has gone though but I recognise I can't hate everyone because it's twisted.

That doesn't mean I have to like how society is these days.

Our conversation wasn't really political, anyway. I'm with you. I have no problem with Floyd Eye, but I admit I'm not a fan of being told to go f*ck myself when it doesn't feel like I did anything to deserve it.

I don't think it's possible to be aware of what's happening in society and American these days and not feel bitter. But I'm trying to be less angry, because it doesn't help anything. And it sure feels like there's a lot of anger in this section of the forum.

Floyd Eye is not encumbered by what was or what is. Hate is not the appropriate word though TP. I don't even think it's actually possible to hate people you don't know is it ?
