What’s your most comfortable guitar to play?

My ‘84 V. Once I put jumbos on it (soon after buying it 15 years ago or so) it became butter. My 2008 V is also, amazingly comfortable. That sucker came with tall frets from the factory. Back when Gibson knew what a V and an Explorer were going to be used for.
The H353 I just got is super comfortable but needs bigger frets which I’ll probably do soon.

I'm with you on the V. Great for playing while sitting. Use a little forearm or inside leg contact and it takes all the weight off the neck. Lightweight but still sounds fantastic.

My workhorse $300 Schecter 006 or Gibson LP studio. Both are set up for my playing. Not set up for anyone’s playing, my playing and my heavy ass right hand.

After trying a 2008 Charvel USA pro mod back in 2010, I was hooked on that neck profile. Since then I've had a bunch of those from 2008-9, and 8 vintage USA Charvel/Jackson Strats from 1984-87. All were great but my fav is a 1986 Jackson San Dimas with a factory Floyd/Maple board. Kind of a reverse Silverburst. Super comfy and fits me perfectly.

Probably this 20 year old charvel that doesn’t get enough attention.
