what kind of neck is this?

I'm thinking about checking this out, just because I want a beater strat. I don't recognize the headstock. Obviously someone just put a "Freakin Partscaster" decal on it.

The little hook/fin on the round part of the headstock looks like a USACG.

I have a USACG right in front of me and it is different. The GC guitar has a deeper hook. I think I've seen this but just don't remember what it is.

I've seen that guitar in person as I now live in Fredericksburg but for the life of me I cannot remember what it is. If you are still interested I can probably swing by and take a look.

Looks like the old Nuno headstock. But his was reversed.
Think Washburn put out a cheaper line of those guitars n2x or something. They had this headstock.
