I may have criticized him and others for being overly sensitive; some of you guys take this stuff way too seriously, it's just gear, your possessions don't define you as a person or a player
If the guy wants to spend his money on 6 Marshalls, 8 chinese Les Pauls and a dozen one-legged hookers, it's his prerogative

As for the Morin modded head. First, it's a great platform. Secondly, I wish I could figure out what the two push/pull knobs do. I'm really liking the sound. I'm trying a few different mics because what I posted in my clip is NOT what I am hearing when I am playing. I also had no idea there weren't many available. The Fortin X-Amp is really great. I've never seen so many cool options available in a modded amp. It's got dual footswitchable master volumes, a footswitchsble loop, footswitchsble gain boost, and a full clean.

Mike wrote this in the custom manual:

It also has a Structure switch that is located inside of the amp’s chassis that I’ve added so that it can allow you to change the amplifier’s gain structure of the OD channel only. This has no effect on the Clean channel. It is a 4-position color-coded switch. Switch pushed towards the number will engage the capacitor that is connected to that switch.

are the push pulls on the gain 1/gain 2? is there a push pull master? if it is set up like a arredondo, the push/pull gains only work when the master is pulled. mike morin is still around and you can email him. fortin is also familiar with his work as well.
