None of them.
An OD pedal+amp is my basic rig for about 6 years now but I've gigged straight in many times too. There are great sounds in both of those ways.

Outside of a tuner, next is a ge Treble Booster, most frequently a Keeley Java, though AM Beanos, and a Union Tube and Transistor have been the one at times. It's pretty much an always on pedal in most permutations of my rig for almost 20 yrs.
It extends the usefulness of my neck pickup quite a bit, and is usually cranked with clean to mean controlled via guitar volume. It's also used as a boost into a thick fuzz or distortion for my main high gain tones.

This can definitely come in handy with a Treble Booster > cranked amp, but typically I am running a pedal switcher with the tuner on a dead end run off an aux output jack. Generally I switch to a clean patch with no fx, and roll back the volume on the guitar.

I can live without them fine. No favorite over another
Occasionally I'll use a classic cry baby in the front

No, cause pedal reverb is digital and I don't mess with that and the reverb inside a Twin is too touchy so I toss the tanks into storage to save weight. The only tank I really want would be a standalone Fender unit cause it has the dwell control. I might settle for a spaceman Orion though.

The closest I have is my Browne Protein.
Gives me two separate or stackable gain stages into a clean amp, or two flavors of boost into a driven one.
I also have a Ceriatone Centura & Chase Bliss Brothers AM dual OD on other boards, but if I had to choose just one it’d be the Protein.
