2013 has been a great gear year and it's not over. Scored a Charvel pro mod wild card #7, an ESP Eclipse in vintage white, a Randy Rhoads Polka dot replica, a Randy Rhoads Jackson RR5, AXE-FX II, Matrix GT1000 power amp, 2 XiTone passive wedges and last but definitely not least an EVH Stealth limited edition halfstack is on it's way. Been very blessed this year.

Man, ever since I saw your thread that PRS SE has been on my mind. I've been scoping them out here and there just to see what's out there. I'm going to be patient though. I do anticipate getting one sometime next year, once I find the right deal. It's not a bad price as it is, but I really like to find bargains when I can, to keep from losing any money in the long run...especially with the upgrades I have in mind. And, I'm not in any great rush. It'll be a great D Standard guitar I believe. Are you going to replace the pickups?

Swapped out a faulty Einstein for my second VH4 (2012). I'll never cheat on her again.

1976 Stratocaster Hardtail, a 1982 Les Paul Standard with the original Tim Shaw PAF's, a 2011 Les Paul Traditional Pro, a 1961 Reissue SG, and a late 90's Les Paul Standard Plus.
I also snagged an EVH 5150III 50 watter. It was a pretty good year.

Good lord. Huge year. How much did u give for that Strat? I've started to keep my eyes open for a hardtail myself.

I paid $1,200.00 for the Strat. Needed a re-fret. Got that done for $175.00...so that puts the grand total at $1,375.00. That thing sounds incredible.

I got my Horizon III, an avatar 412 and a Carvin cobalt acoustic. Pretty good for Raf!!

Scored a ~1983 Peavey Horizon(I) guitar for $27 on a yard sale, almost mint condition, and holds tuning incredibly well, pickups sound great and the wiring inside the cavity is stellar, i was shocked at this guitar's quality....also got a used but mint Rivera Q212(basically 2 thiele cabs put together into 1) from my local guitar center, england made cl-80 speakers, sounds crushing!!

I'm thinking of it, haven't decided quite yet what I might go with though, I really want to try the EMG Het Set. I do like the stock PU's though

A couple of guitars in particular were special to me this year, a Caparison I had been hunting for over 2 years finally happened (Horus with the rare Black Forest finish), and took delivery of my Horizon 7 which was the 7 string I had been dreaming about (plus another DeMartini just for fun
