I think the amp sounds better, but his Marsha sim there does sound pretty good and IMHO it's the best sim in the Axe. The Trainwreck video i posted above is a different story.

Depends on the application. There are a few other sims in there that slay with just a bit of twaeking. Marsha sounds great but there are others that are better suited for other things.

The Euro Blue was nice and sounded in the ballpark as did the Recto Orange.

And it shouldn't....... the Axe is a cool unit. But evidently the poking fun at over the comments by some is taken as a slam against Fractal or the unit itself. Personally I don't get it.

I didn't realize that people are so sensitive and take everything to heart. Is this why the Axe-Fx forum was closed down?

I feel like an outcast at a community that I used to be a part of. Hate coming here now. The jokes have even gotten personal which is sad.

There's a lot more positive on the Axe on this forum as a whole than negative i think. A lot of this is light humor between guys that know eachother just bullshitting to get through the day.

Any piece of gear is going to be criticized, If Randall Smith took every online bash on a Mesa amp personally i think his stomach would have been ripped out long ago from the ulcers. I don't see guys like John Suhr, Tom Anderson, or Peter Diezel mixing it up in stuff like this.
