I think the amp sounds better, but his Marsha sim there does sound pretty good and IMHO it's the best sim in the Axe. The Trainwreck video i posted above is a different story.

I still don't get how you got the 11R to sound good? I was running it into a Mesa 2:90 and i just didn't get any good results.

It didnt sound as good as my tube amp but did a good job recording wise and as a direct solution and no where near sounded like what you called an AM radio. I did run it just into a PA as a test in a jam session and if I had a gig where I couldn't crank my amp I could definitely use the tones I was getting from it and have a good gig. Much better than any POD I've played and was on par with the Axe I had with better feel. YMMV.

While I personally wouldnt use this as my main rig I dont think this sounds like an AM radio.

Depends on the application. There are a few other sims in there that slay with just a bit of twaeking. Marsha sounds great but there are others that are better suited for other things.
