Or he was just trying to find one more reason to rip on Biden. There were plenty of actual reasons to do that, he didn’t have to make any up.
I know his limited reading skills helped form his “off the cuff” speeches, but the PUSA should really have somewhat of an idea what he’s talking about at a press conference

Oratory skills are pretty low on my list as far as what I want from a president though. And for the record I'm not a fan of GW or Trump particularly, though they were the better choice in their respective elections.
