YT Influencers That Deserve Signature Gear

So he doesn't feel like Fluff, Rabea, etc - the guys who really shouldn't have a signature guitar with a big brand. The cockmaster just feels different than them because he has respectable guitar related stuff in his background besides "worked at andertons in the 2000s"

Right but he wasn't really "famous" for it and he didn't become well known for his band Although he was well known in the instructional scene and everyone knew who he was so it isn't like fluff or something

Nah, that's just the typical unhyped Finnish accent. Very monotone and indeed borderline Classic Hollywood "Transylvania-esque".

I once was on holidays on the Canary Islands and there was this 3 piece coverband playing Bee Gees stuff in a sports bar; purely from the talking in between the songs I gathered that the singer was a local, but their guitar player was a Finnish guy.
After the show we walked to our room and the guy was a few meters in front of us, so to test him, I muttered 'Perkele pipaari' in the same monotone accent, which roughly translates to "fucking/goddamn pussy" (as in ' genitalia', not weakling... learned it from Marco from Nightwish), but is also used as a general swearing expression; he immediately turned around with a gaze that was a mixture of like I had slapped his mother AND an 'Ahh, I see what you did there'.😜
 
I have watched a lot of the Pete Thorn demos and he's the guy who put Suhr on my radar. I had been dying to get one of his PT100 heads. But I had never seen one in person. Then I went to see him play with Satch-Vai a few weeks ago. He was using that head, but I couldn't pick much out that he was playing except for the few songs where he got to shred a little. Then, a few weeks after that I saw one of his signature heads in Carter Vintage in Nashville. It was so effing huge and heavy, hell no. Never buying. But I still love his YT demos.

I had a PT-100 when it first came out. Before I even got to turn it on, I had to fish out half of a broken fuse from the fuse-holder. I never did like it much, and it indeed weighed a ton. If a Marshall is around 50 lbs, the PT-100 was near 60 lbs.

Jens Larsen, Leon Todd, Digital John (Andertons), Michael Neilsen, Brett Kingman.

Non of them. I tell you what is weird is of all these influencers and their gear expertise and obsession, I can’t think of any that have made tone that has inspired it impressed me.

I can see why you would say that and not disagreeing with you BUT, Australian people are genuinely some of the nicest people you will ever meet. Hardly any egos, warm, welcoming and willing to befriend strangers. I have 2 Aussie friends in my life currently and I wouldn't trade them for anything.
