I ordered a PS-2 direct from them, (3-5 days to ship), but found one and canceled the order. Nobody's responded to my request to cancel, and took the money, even though it's not been shipped. I hope I don't end up with 2!

They have no phone number listed to call, either .

I've never ordered direct from them, but I needed support for a PSII issue I had and they responded within hours and mailed me the replacement parts the next day, at no charge. Think the guy's name was Dave, who responded to me.

I'd say give it a day. I preordered a Power Load from them last year, and cancelled the following day. Within an hour or 2 I was refunded. Could be a different story if the PS was in stock, but my experience with them was positive.

I've never had luck getting them to respond via email with questions in the past.

They responded to my questions about stock, shipping times, etc. Nada when I canceled! I guess, worst case scenario, I'll have two and be broke as fuck! I'm sure I can unload one pretty easy.

I’m waiting on a masterbuilt d120, that they said would be ready by Xmas.
Waiting on a transformer though so they said it would be a while.
I called them and they were super nice and responsive though, apologized and told me my masterpiece would be to me in due time. Haha. Small team. Great products. Worth the wait.

Yeah, the PS-2 is a wonderful invention. I should have kept the last one!

I think the Master Built designation they give things is hilarious. No dude, you just built it. Are you holding back on when it's just "built"
Not knocking the product as it's top notch quality but any way you can elevate perception of your product's value I guess.

I might decide to take it off your hands if they don't allow you to cancel... :)

Masterbuilt, what the boys at Fryette told me:
the amp is built from start to finish by the head engineer. He takes his time and gives the amp mojo apparently hahaha. Don’t look too hard into it. Just a cool piece of build fact.

I’ve contacted them a few times trying to buy the Classic reissue with no response, so I’m not sure what’s going on over there.

I ordered a Fryette faceplate and they charged me but I have no email or shipping notification. Hopefully it just shows up one day soon? haha

I've been "ghosted" by Fryette (support) as well. Dunno what their problem is.

I saw a post on Instagram that they’re out of the shop until next Monday

I snagged one of the D120 Masterbuilt heads, quick replies to email, amp shipped about 3 -4 days after i paid

I have the old version with the choke but wthout foot switch and loop. I don't need these at all cost but they're really nice to have!
