Did you tell him you have beautiful, plush carpeting in your home? Might sweeten the deal if he's a MESA guy.
I think floors covered in that 80's rat fur covering would be more appealing.

You had to remind me of the dark ages for amp coverings. Yuck. I should pester @griff10672 for a quote to have all my amps covered in that ugly shit.

If you really wanted a floor to last forever you use that 80's Peavey covering. I'm pretty sure that was built to survive a nuclear attack. Have you ever seen one of those amps with a rip or tear on it? I have not.

If you take a step back and consider it, how do the aesthetics of an amplifier headshell compare overall in terms of desirability, as to the fundamental duty of it. To keep the innards protected. All that old Peavey heavy ass gear....it's still around.

I know, built like a tank. I could still own a couple 1x15's black widow speaker cabs with horns if I had had the motivation to continue dragging them plus a mixing console and power amp around. Even after all the use they were basically in like new condition. They would make a great rehearsal room PA, assuming I had a rehearsal room.

You mean like Kyle Bull?

I like how rather than sitting down in a neutral setting, he's walking around in a sly manner showing off all of his gear. Dude used to be cool and helpful and now he's out of touch.

I don't know why, but something about him I've always enjoyed. I don't understand why he cares that some people don't like his content. I mean, you're not going to appeal to everyone. Those who don't like it can just switch off. He's got plenty of supporters so just focus on giving them what they enjoy and ignore those that are just angry at their own life situations.

His amp collection is ridiculous and I'm jealous if I'm being honest.

Fun fact: In Swedish, Ola is pronounced like "ew-luh", whereas the way many people say it in English sounds like a dirty Swedish word "Åla" which means jerking off.

Kyle is one of the only youtubers who I think does a really good job of keeping it simple and accurate with a real mic instead of IRs.

Simple 57 on mostly v30s, which is what most people are used to hearing, and gives the most people an accurate representation of what the amp sounds like. Generally with and without a boost.

I think that part is awesome.

Getting butthurt about people mocking soyface thumbnails? Not really a good look lol. Honestly if he was just like "yeah man, unfortunately I gotta play the algorithm game" everyone would have laughed and moved on. But getting super triggered over it causes a feeding frenzy where everyone (including me) wants to get our poke in.

I don't think most people are jealous, they just want Youtubers to stay grounded - and being all "WELL FUCK YOU THEN" when people are busting your balls is a good way to convince everyone you think you're a superstar who's above his audience :dunno:

Yeah. I am not mad at my life, and I just couldnt imagine being jealous of a sellout little bitch ever. But I get it. If Kyle is the pinnacle of what a man is for anyone, well, good god that is the first thing wrong with this country.

The whole idea is amusing

Everyone gets in their feelings sometimes :dunno:

He also said in his last video that he reads every comment. That's admirable, but he probably shouldn't. There's so many where people are just throwing poop at their monitor.

100%

Reading every comment makes it difficult to differentiate between shit-flinging and legitimate criticism, as well.

It is all going to meld into your brain as "haters" when that's not remotely true.
