I like Ola as he seems genuine, but here he is whining about why his views are down on Youtube. I think you will find it interesting - and 6 minutes is a long time for me :lol:

What should Ola do to spice up his channel?

I really like Ola, even though most of his tones aren't my jam - he seems genuinely a nice dude in all his RT interactions

To spice up his channel, I have no ideas at all

Guitar youtube is exhausting unless youre a rich hobbyist who works in IT or something and has nothing but time and energy to consoom product and get excited for next product
 
I like his in the room tones. And it seem like he is not doing much demoes of cool gear these days?

He said there is not much innovation going on and has nothing to demo like he used to when he had 4 -5 videos a week.

I think part of this speaks to an overall larger picture.

1. People moving away from traditional gear to create music
2. YouTube content creators starting to hit the predicted apex

sophie burrell...shes actually a phenomenal guitar player fwiw. very very talented....but then she just went on this weird onlyfans-esque side path where she was offering pictures of her working out and stuff. it was really really strange but hey to quote the late great bon scott....

He should try to reduce his accent, at times it’s hard to understand what he is saying. He would need to abandon his first language for a bit to force it I would suspect.
 
If he would quit with the third grade fart jokes...that is the reason i stopped watching. His channel used to be legit.

And fuck..maybe he has. It got directed to a lower IQ market and i quit watching years ago.

I have no problem if he sounds the same. He sounds awesome. I love his originals.

That one he did with the picking an amp for maybe leads where he tried the folkensson was tits. That amp killed. I had no problem with it, but it is only thing i have watched of his since original zuul demo (which was fucking hilarious)

He did an amp shootout video that i still listen to for the riffs...a long time ago.
 
I stopped watching him ages ago. The fart noises and burping on camera during a gear review mean if I’m seeking in the video then I hear it multiple times. If there’s more than one then multiply. I just got sick of it targeting a much younger audience.

His videos started to sound too similar. Draven is a badass and is coming up with new heavy songs for every amp he demos and he stacks pedals and shit that’s cool to make it happen.

Ola is great at what he does but he needs to think about comparisons. He could travel to interview some of the famous Sweden modders or take us to the Engl factory. Dudes got immense pull in the music realm - why is it limited to own hammer IRs with fart and burp noises of this weeks new update on modelers.
