Ola needs your help!

Clearly if his viewership is down, people are tired of seeing his videos. There are so many YouTube guitar guys, most of them, not very good. He needs to do something new and interesting. You can only make the same type of videos for so long before people start watching other channels or content.

Clearly he needs to introduce gimmicks like dwarf tossing, cage fights to the death (of course) with other guitar content creators, and guitar fights, where he brings in guys like that music is win guy and beat each other with their guitars, first to give up or no longer able to fight wins. And winner takes all the gear the other one owns. These are channels I would very much be interested in watching.

I like Ola but he might have to face the reality that it’s time to make YouTube a hobby. He might just have to go out and get a job like the rest of us. I think he’s stated that he has an accounting background. There is always jobs available for accountants.
All things run their course......and then reality sets in....I think he has had a pretty good run considering.......It's hard to keep things fresh and relevant in a world of declining interest in metal music, guitars and amps.

I do think Europe still tends to like the Metal music moreso than the USA trends as they still have big Metals fests every year.

Of course all the OF YT female subpar guitar players shredding in bikinis and their TA TA's hanging out. YT is one big commercial for Only Fans these days........:dunno:

The early days were awesome. But somewhere along the line he became a clown and I lost interest, though his channel also took off during that time.
Dude has almost 1 million subs, so I'm sure he'll be fine. He said himself that he makes less videos, so he has less views.

There is a complete analysis here, other resources are no longer relevant.
Well. There was a lot said. Some good, some bad. But to be honest, the dwarf throwing and battles to the death have to be the winner. Maybe send the lunar serpent a guitar

The last thing Ola needs is my help…
Maybe so. But i need you to show me how well the new MGL circuit does metal. If thinking of it as helping Ola makes it happen faster, then Ola needs it, too bud

Ola is OG for me...his vids with the high end metal amps back in the day were so cool....and helpful...bought my Engl Fireball 100 after checking out tons of his vids. I bought a Solar guitar and for the money, it is a value/quality you don't always get with other brands. Dude is a great businessman and has made a great living off of music and starting his own guitar company. That alone sets him a cut above all the usual suspects.

I generally like his demo methods...always has a great metal tone..and he seems pretty unbiased for the most part. I still tune in to watch his stuff, but the proliferation of guys doing what he does has homogenized the whole thing...kinda like the late 80's with the hair bands...every song sounded the same..every band looked the same..they all had the G major ballad...

I do like the coffee with Ola interviews...he could maybe jam with the guests at the end to add something interesting. Maybe even a monthly or quarterly contest..."jam with Ola"..he could fly somewhere or fly someone to his place to hang out and jam.

I might look it through further when I make an update video on the subject. But seeing a 6 page forum thread about you always make me NOT want to read it all for my sanity’s sake 😂

We love you Ola!
Well, at least I do.
Also, can I put you in my rig talk video game?

I just reread the thread. It isn't that bad. I dont think anyone is bashing too hard. If you want to see a real nasty youtuber thread, check out the kyle bull is a sellout thread. I even wrote a little song about it.
Thread 'Is this part of conforming to the YT algorhithm, Bad.Seed?' https://www.rig-talk.com/forum/thre...forming-to-the-yt-algorhithm-bad-seed.324398/

I don't know. You read mine and Dan's comments and seemed to gloss over the @glpg80 comment. But that one is fucking gold.

We loved the folkesson when you tried it. That was the first video of yours I watched in ages, and it was by happenstance. That amp sounded fucking massive, even if not what you were going for.

Go interview that dude and play his shit. (By the way @glpg80 is cooking up an amp that reminds me of the massiveness of the folkesson but with some fucking cool engineering) Interview hermansson and play his shit.

Finally, and I know this will be controversial as fuck, which is why it would damn sure get clicks, go interview Larrry and play his shit. Dont take a fortin to compare, though
