A four-holer instead of the 2203 sounds more your style but between the SLO and AC30 you've already got a lot of that ground covered. How gainy should this third amp be?

EDIT: Jubilee?

I really don't know haha.
All I know is that:

a) I don't need it to do low to medium gain British rock as the Vox and SLO Normal channel cover that
b) I don't need it to do mid to high gain Marshally/Mesa Mark style rock/metal as the SLO covers that.

If anything, maybe a distinctly different voice of mid to high gain - seems like something like the Diezel is what I'm after.
This is a conundrum because you don't want a and b from above...but that really seems to be what you like. Maybe a different flavor of a or b...like a Friedman.

Nice amp collection!
SLO amp head
Marshall 2203 amp head
Vox AC 30 2x12 combo amp

Why not buy an amp switcher and get a clean sounding tube amp like a blackface Fender to round out your amp sounds? If that was my amp collection, I would use the Vox for semi clean/dirty, the 2203 for crunch rhythm, and the SLO for leads and have an amp switching box like a Lehle Dual SGoS to switch between the amps via MIDI.
