I LOVE Andy Timmons' tone and playing style. I watched a video of him doing an interview with a guy, playing some licks and talking gear and he just busts out this insane shred run like it was nothing.

I've seen a lot of guitar players over the years, but when Andy did a little clinic with Robert Keeley at a local store a few years back to debut the Halo pedal, it was probably the most entertained, awed and inspired I have been by a player in a long time. I left thinking "How the hell have I not seen him live yet?"

I've met him a couple of times when covering his events. Zaza is a class act, as well. Fun story - I was interviewing him along with another reporter, and in one of my questions I favorably compared Zaza to Andy Timmons. He perked right up at that. Hardly looked at the other reporter for the rest of the interview.

That’s pretty awesome . I’d love to pick all of there minds

Went to a Timmons clinic at a little music store in Columbus across the street from the OSU campus. I am guessing 93'ish. Blew my mind.
This Ohio winter is back this week . wtf
But ya Timmons is a smooth player

The kicker is it’s probably mostly pedal gain and it sounds that damn good. My favorite tone is from the resolution album, but it’s all great.
Lonestar head getting hit with either an xotic BB or a JHS AT. If i played that rig it’d sound like horseshit.

He sounds just like George Lynch's tone and playing especially with those pinch harmonic squeals at the end of some riffs.
I bet George Lynch was or still his guitar hero.
