Anybody have trouble when dealing with MarkL??

Really appreciate the replies.
I will ask specifically for tracking info, which I currently don’t have.
It’s good to know that your friend got his mixer...Mark actually said there were 2 shipments that were somehow lost in transit, mine being one and maybe your friend was the other.
If he has his, that’s more info than I had gotten previously.

Overseas stuff can be more challenging to ship and I want to give Mark the benefit of the doubt. The biggest concern has been the LONG time between communications...AND I have initiated every time.
I’ll be sure to update this post on progress.
 
GtarLover did you get your mixer in the end?

I did receive my mixer, finally. I don’t remember the exact date, yet it had been WAY too long.

To his credit, Mark included an overdrive pedal in the package for free to make up for the inconvenience.
Actually, I really love the pedal and use it quite a bit :thumbsup:
The mixer is awesome as well.

It was a series of unfortunate events, that may have been out of anyone’s direct control.
The possible challenge when doing international business I guess.
However, I didn’t feel that way while I was waiting, had paid, AND had no product.
I believe I was right to open the inquiry after it had been a significantly LONG time.
In the end, he made good on the purchase.

Anyway, reviving an ancient thread here. Did you order something?
 
Glad things worked out in the end. Did I catch that right - the guy is in Poland? I remember that I sent a letter to Poland in spring and they returned it with a remark that Polish mail does not service during Covid-Lockdown.... So maybe that is some kind of an explanation for your problems, who knows.
