Could you change the thread title to Friedman rigs? to include the dirty, naked, ss100, taco etc
Also any chance this thread being a sticky?
Hope to get my BE100 real soon and post it here too.

"Friedman Rig" could be misunderstood as Dave also builds and wires rigs. I was more after Friedman amps based rigs.

Sounds like you've already go a great cabinet. I'd stick with it.

Haven't had much time to play lately, but I have both amps hooked up to an ABY box. Next time I play I'll have to crank both and smile

Mine is a 73 as well. Greybacks in there. They sound absolutely amazing with the BE.

So how does it stay in position?

It's just uses gravity to "lock in" between the cab and head. Never had an issue with it moving. The bar is flexible so you can bend it make it "tighter fitting" if necessary. Best mic stand I've ever owned.
