Saw one for sale near me, but never had the cash for it. Is it cheap? In my part of the world, it's all expensive. The guy selling it with a matching cab wanted over $3000, so no way I could swing it.

That's completely ridiculous, I bought my (the 4 6v6) big one for 1400 new and sold it on reverb for 1100 bucks. Which yes, is inexpensive for what it is

And yes i know you were joking, I was just using it as an opportunity to point out that Mesa Boogie (and especially this amp series) is not exactly well-loved for tan pants purveyors which makes the joke not make any sense
