Can't stand to read this thread. I had an 82 with who knows what cones but it was one of my best sounding cabs. I Used it with a Cornford M50H and it was the most awesome nasty rig I ever had. Naturally in my quest for perfect tone I sold both pieces .

Deep regrets.

I can imagine that Cornford should be great match with 65’s. I had MKII with Cornford pine 2x12 loaded with V30 and it worked very nice for rock tones but sometimes little bright.
