FWIW, a customs number doesn't prove anything. I have one on my desk right now for something I haven't sent yet. They are non trackeable,

Non track-able yes, but they can put a tracer on it via the number if necessary. They will only do it under unusual circumstances though. Like, 90 days or longer and the item has not been received. I did it once to with a pedal shipped to Brazil.

I can't believe I just read, sorry wasted my time, reading all 5 pages of this thread just to find out how this issue was resolved. As someone mentioned this really should have been dealt with offline, preferably a phone call which could have resolved this issue without the senseless name calling, arguing and debate that quite honestly didn't do either party any favours. Hopefully this debate is over now and this thread can close, it turned into a FU ad a long time ago and Adam was obviously loving all this free publicity.

What up, G-noize? :D

You have to admit Jazzer is a royal douche for badmouthing Adam on multiple forums.

Hello mate, yes posting across multiple forums is bad form and especially when this could have been resolved with a simple phone call or by email. I know how easy it is to get drawn into arguments on public forums I was stupid enough to let someone bait me with an online venture of mine that failed. In my case the annoying thing was the forumite who was obviously well educated and loved to catch people out won in the end because my business didn't work out so I looked a Jackass for arguing in the first place. My point being, Adam shouldn't have not let Jazzer draw him into such a public argument as there were parts of his responses which lacked a little professionalism.

Anyway my point is, if you have a problem with a manufacturer take it up with them and resolve the situation privately and if that doesn't work then maybe post your experience on RT but in a reasonable manner. Jazzer you are lucky you got a freebie as well as your refund, personally I think that was above and beyond what you deserved after reading this thread.

Hi Guys! Thanks again for the support! I was blown away by this honor from Premier Guitar - check it out:
The December issue of Premier Guitar features a major year-end review in which PGeditors recap a total of 41 exemplary products (out of more than 1,000 total pieces of gear received during2009) which have each earned the prestigious Premier Gear honor in 2009. The showcased products spana wide range of categories and a......re selected based on innovation, quality, versatility, value and vibe. Joe Coffey, editorial director for Premier Guitar, commenting on the Premier Gear Award stated, “Itshould be noted that we review a number of stellar products in every issue of Premier Guitar. However, the guitars, amps, effects, etc. that we designate as Premier Gear Award winners are truly the best of thebest. In other words, when you see the Premier Gear Award logo in a Premier Guitar magazine review ora PremierGuitar.com Web exclusive review, that basically means that it ‘blew our editors’ socks off’.” https://www.premierguitar.com/Magazine/I ... px?Page=10

Cheers!

Hey Adam, I ordered a block and never recieved anything, now I require 4 for free or I will slam you all over the internet..... :gethim: :gethim: :gethim:

  j/k

I AM gonna have to try one out though, haven't given these much thought but after reading some of the reviews, I'm gonna have to give one a shot, and I'll definetely get one from you, if for any other reason BECAUSE of this thread.

Congrats! I just ordered an Edge block and Ti string lock blocks last night.

Seems to me, if something was promised and never got (and you can't prove it was sent), then the customer should get another "free" product.

The customer may be lying and wanting another product, but if you can't prove it...

"The customer is always right"

So what if you have excellent feedback, and you never get complaints? You've got one now and haven't dealt with it the way you should have.

EDIT - In general I meant to say :D

I feel like I'm going to walk into a joke that I'm at the butt of....

but yes it's me :P

What's a C ring? It was from a shoot my band had, I wanted a picture of myself with the headstock of my Gibson (It says "Milo", my name), and I thought it was right for an avatar (I thought that's what they were for, to have a picture of the person that's posting? :aww: )

Definitely heavy for their size. Bright sounding guitars.

The neck on the Aztec Gold one plays at 3/32 inch of the frets with no buzz, the Amber one plays at 2/32 inch of the frets, NO BUZZING!!!

Very cool! Am I correct in remembering that they also made a neck through (or set neck) version of the Cali? I swear I remember checking one out back in the day but I've never seen another?
