in the meantime, the floydupgrades block is coming in handy, and sits next to
my computer as a handy reminder of how deals can go bad,
and how cyber-bullies can yank on mine
a fine paperweight it is too

From my view point I was observing how you do business not who you do business with or have done business with...
You didn't need post's from previous dealings to further credit your reputation in this situation..
For me the reassurance of your reputation could have been easily taken care of on your own by simply posting proof of shipment with the previously sent blocks..
Which would have stood on its own with no questions 2 pages a go..
Hell I would have been satisfied with just seeing proof of your first replacement block
But you did not want to be bothered with it..

Which to me looked very strange be cause I do not know you and have not done business with you..
And I do not personally know any one here that has done business with you..
Some of us also happen to not care what artist uses your block..
Which I think are points that have been clouded here...


But then your whole defensive attitude of we either have to be with you or against you
a long with you were more worried about discrediting, ridiculing, some one with an unbiased opinion..
Then just letting the facts stand on its own..
All of which has struck a really piss poor chord with me on your character...
And that in its self makes some one like me say No I Do Not want to do business with some one like that...

+1. I think all the namecalling, sidestepping, contradicting, and immature attitude kind of soured me on this guy. It seems like this couldve been handled privately and a LOT more professionally. as far as floydupgrades goes, im glad he runs business the way he does. i have no problem with it, and i will continue to do business with them.

if you are an asshole, then who in their right minds would let you walk all over someone else?

obviously, as stated, this could have been solved with a few phone calls instead of pussyfooting around the block with emails and forums.

and also, no-one showed any tracking numbers or anything during this either. so both parties are guilty for being douchebags to each other. however im still on the business end because adam has always delivered the goods and has alot of awsome deals. and if i recall correctly, business was solved for fine until the douche that started this whole damn thing was bitching about a small knick on a corner that was smaller than a mouses dick.

this threads beyond entertainment - its so full of drama, it deserves its own forum!

The original block was not as advertised, so I can justify sending it back. What I can't justify is that everytime Adam is asked about the two replacements he allegedly sent out he deflects the question and will not offer proof of shipment. That to me, looks like he never sent them out. Or Jazzer is lying and now he has three free blocks from Adam. Somehow I doubt that.

No, you actually Arent owed anything now that you got a free block or blocks, got your kicks out of trying to ruin a reputation over a little scratch.. Do the right thing and install the replacement you had to have.. Then come back and let everyone know how dam good it sounds!
