In seeing what the OP did to come up with a full refund, a free block (or 3) and then using the KGC instead without even trying the FU block, just to stick it in Adams' face, I'll pose a question that I don't believe has been asked yet.

How do we know Adam shipped the original block in that condition?

Maybe the ass dropped it himself, saw the nick and said "Oh hell no, I want a perfect block for my perfect plank damn it!!", and blamed it all on Adam to get a replacement.

The thread speaks for itself - that is why he started a new one (where he is getting wiped out as well) - Now they want him to fly out and kill me on there... I will provide my home address if needed.

I can't believe I just read, sorry wasted my time, reading all 5 pages of this thread just to find out how this issue was resolved. As someone mentioned this really should have been dealt with offline, preferably a phone call which could have resolved this issue without the senseless name calling, arguing and debate that quite honestly didn't do either party any favours. Hopefully this debate is over now and this thread can close, it turned into a FU ad a long time ago and Adam was obviously loving all this free publicity.

It would be funny if both the OP and Floydupgrades were the same person. Lots of exposure and a wild conjured-up situation to show great customer service in the face of seemingly one of the most difficult customers ever.

Of course I am certain this is not the case, but I think its getting a bit silly.
