I hated the Splawns that I played years ago but wouldnt mind cheking out some of his newer stuff again... I don't remember that thread, but I know he went from being a "Hardnosed Splawn Supporter" to a complete Splawn-hater over night... that leads me to believe the shit-storm may have been his doing...

Well, i know the Splawn guys weren't kind to him when he started posting clips of the 5153 on the Splawn, but why bother posting clips of the EVH amp on the Splawn forum in the first place? But i know some of the Splawn guys are, or were, strongly opinionated.

Some of them are insanely overzealous and generally intolerant of comments that don't paint the amps in anything but a positive light. Aggressive in the worst possible way.

When I owned one I was actually embarassed to be associated with some of them, I think Scott Splawn is a very cool guy though despite some of the rabid fanboys.

Just imo.

I haven't seen DC on xbox live in a LONG time..he stopped playin' gears awhile back..but yeah, I still play gears 2 online...my 360 up and died about a month ago...so they sent me a new one free and clear in under a week and a half..anywho, I haven't played much in the past week or so, i'm pretty much on there during the weekends..if I'm on and I'm not playing gears, i'm playing fallout 3..GREAT game
