I have to admit, this plugin Fricker created and is giving away sounds very good to my ears.

It does sound pretty good...And most of what he said makes good sense (for a change). That said...Tone does come from the hands to a certain degree. As an example: some of us have heard the term "gain hands". I believe this references players who have the ability to create a more aggressive sounding tone by how they slant the pick when striking the strings and squeeze the strings with their fret hand. I have witnessed this many times, a guy will plug in and it sounds like someone added a mild boost or something. In my experience, the phenomenon is real.

I don't have it. I just thought it sounded pretty good / accurate.

There's a link in the YT video description to get it; IIRC it also includes the NAM A2 capture? Not sure what's included
