and why?
I've used warmoth for 30 years but recently went Musikraft and I won't be going back to warmoth.I'm finding my Jackson is easier to play but my Fender is way more fun below the 14th fret.
One day I will build a Warmoth 9.5" - 14" partscaster...
My playing style doesn't take well to a really flat radius. A flat radius is more classical oriented.I'm actually cool with anything from 7.25 to 16, they all have their benefits. The vintage fenders are super comfortable for chording, stuff like the LTD's feel great for lead work and I still find them acceptable for playing rhythm. As @Geo said 12" is kind of a happy medium.
After 10 or 15 minutes my hand doesn't seem to care what the radius is.My playing style doesn't take well to a really flat radius. A flat radius is more classical oriented.
I hope we are still talking about playing the guitar. After 10 or 15 minutes my hand doesn't seem to care what the radius is.
True dat, I am like a carney, small hands, smell like cabbage.I care so little that I had to look it up.
They're all 12" radius.
I care more about neck shape and thickness than radius.
That's more of a modern D shape from what I understand.I prefer medium as whatever is on my American Special or Ultra ii
Yeah the ultra definitely is modern DThat's more of a modern D shape from what I understand.
I kind of prefer the deep c type on the Professional ll.
The Ultra's are just great all around, and that helps.Yeah the ultra definitely is modern D
