Great tune. Surprising Tommy played not only drums, keyboards but guitar and could sing too
Yeah, he's a talented dude and I like his voice. He had help on that album though. Kai Huppunen ( The guy with the mohawk) co-wrote that song with him. Chino Moreno, Steve Lukather, Chris Chaney and Marty O'Brien all worked on Never A Dull Moment. Still, I like that song and that album better than a lot of Motley records.

Edit: That's actually J3 with the mohawk in that video not Kai.

I don't want to turn this political but Tommy has definitely let his opinion out lately!

Yeah I heard. If we weren't able to separate art from the artists we wouldn't have very many bands to listen to. At this point he's probably just looking to get back in the spotlight. He's definitely an attention whore.

I wore out that Knights Of The New Thunder cassette, had to but another one.

I always remember an interview with that guitarist in Guitar for the Practicing Musician in the late 80’s where they asked him the future of guitar. He said something to the effect of “we will eat ourselves, too much of the same thing, too many great players, something else will come along and things will go in a completely different direction.” Was just a few years after that when the popular music changed. Prophet.
