As said anyone is free to buy from them but let's be honest about what they are, how they do business and that they pretty much destroy the American Music Industry as such.... Its just unAmerican.

Please tell us how Sweetwater is a monopoly and how they destroyed the American music industry. There are several musical instrument dealers that are at the same level as Sweetwater (GC, MF, ZSounds, etc.) - are they just as evil? Why single out Sweetwater? I have no vested interest in their success, but I have spent tens of thousands on gear there and it is was always at a better price than I would have gotten elsewhere. You'd think they are on the same level but yeah not even close.
When youre looking at online sales of new guitars....... No one else sells more new guitars online than them. Combine that with with slave labor and however they do things out there with robots and BS and automated bin systems and robot dogs or whatever.....
Nvm guitar sales online account for around 40% of new guitar sales. And also having shipped out to these fuckers working in the industry...... Not just them but Fender, Jackson, Charvel, EVH, PRS, MF, GC, Sam Ash, Zzounds, AMS, Pitbull Audio etc etc and pretty much everyone in the industry and I mean everyone.
Nvm the music industry but yeah a shit ton of other industries and even then..... SweetWater orders would put even government orders to shame in terms of product.
When you looked at how much product SweetWater would order...... There would be days where you could combine all the product we'd send out to everyone else together in the music industry, trucks and pallets and pallets worth..... And it would still pale in comparison to SweetWaters order. We all know they are big and all but when you stare at the face of the beast and really look into its eyes..... You realize just how monstrous it is and I never really got it until after but yeah.
When you see that for reals with your own eyes...... There is no other way to define them but other than a fucking monopoly IMO

I have extended family in Fort Wayne. It’s a nice enough place. Too flat and too cold in the winter for me but I like the people up there a lot.
Visited Sweetwater once before Covid and it looks like it’s tripled in size since I was there.
