You can check input jack, clean and tighten the clamps on powertube sockets. When you plug in the guitar, can you hear the sound of it or is it just the noise?

No guitar sound, just the noise. Maybe the cable?

Try cable, input jack on the guitar, then amp. Simple stuff first.

Unplug the guitar cable from the amp, is the noise still there? Then you can try to gentle wiggle with the preamp tubes when the amp is on /but wear some gloves/. Or plug in the guitar and try to rotate or put some pressure on the input jack.

Does that happen with the gain turned down? What happens when you raise the master volume or lower the presence? Use an air spray can or contact cleaner to get rid of any dust or debris inside the chassis. Maybe some foam or something got inside during shipping. Take the fuses out and put them back in. Probably not the fuses, but doesn't hurt re-seating everything, including the power tubes. Check the speaker cable. Wiggle the speaker jack. Maybe the speaker output is loose or something.

Well, looks like were trading back. Hopefully he can get it all fixed up. Thanks for the input guys!

Not an expert here but maybe you can try tighten up the screws thats holding da PCBs and the ground wires connected to chassis?
