Help with a Bogner amp.

Asking for a friend. I'm not sure if there's a separate sub for amps but i've been a subscriber of this sub for a while now so i figure i ask here. TIA.
"My Bogner Uberschall got goofy on me. It still works but suddenly lost all its punch. Almost sounds like a wah pedal pushed all the way down. Not that severe, but thats the best description i can think of. I replaced all power and preamp tubes, and of course tried running direct and replacung every cable/cab/guitar etc, none of that helped. Anyone have a clue??
