well they say there's a new one born every minute
I cant justify spending more than 2 grand for anything.
neither of it is going to make me play any better

i have the same fun playing my Squier Affinity Tele as I do my Fender USA tele

To my logic it is probably finance guys, lawyers, dentists, coke dealers who are buying these fucking things?!?

I'm hoping to order a M2M for my 40th birthday. Randy Rhoads Les Paul Custom with the Zakk Wylde bare maple neck. My dream guitar since I was 13.

I turn 35 this year, so I've got five more years to save up for that sucker.
 
With the exchange rate, it's $7k, which is around what you see custom Customs selling for. I miss the days of something like this being a $3k guitar.
 
Any of you guys buying these things?

Or is it the TGP Billonaire Club?
 
If prices keep going up, I'm just going to say screw it and buy the most foreign, crappy-playing guitar like Jack White. Like a broom with two strings and a squirrel skull as the bridge.

Asking a price and getting someone to pay it are two entirely different things.

Quite frankly, they can stuff it up their arse for that kinda cash.
 
If people would quit paying these prices, the prices would come down.

I realized the other day I have been playing my 1994 Bullet Squire Strat more than any other guitar lately. It just plays great.
