I'm not sure which would be more fun.. That ^^^ or playing in front of 50,000 fans.

That is why I went to race cars after the music thing, The one good thing bout racing is you only have to rely on your self and the car..
Compared to relying on band mates, ego's , Band Politics ect,ect..
The down side something usually always breaks on the car, And the money spent or invested you will never get back out of it..
I have come to the conclusion both are a waste of money

I've never had water that tasted so good... It is so nice after a run.

That is cool playing with the melvins. I have only seen them live once play all of Houdini which to be honest isn't my favourite record. Still great music though, I'm not complaining

I've always wanted to get into car racing... I've driven around a track a couple of times but nothing serious... it is great fun. I love the feeling.

Thanks for bringing us back on track..
Sadly back then I didn't appreciate The Melvins as I can respect and like what they did and do now..

Yeh I guess I am the one with the Lee Jacksons
I only kept those and the MII's because it was the key to the sound I wanted..
I sold everything else knowing in the future I could just get one of the guitars out and plug in to one of the amps and be half way there again

It is cool to come back with fresh ears ..
I like me some Lee Jacksons

Graveyard crew checking in.  Just finished sniffing solder for the last 5 hours, time for the wind down. Damn you guys are into cars too? Brothers from another mother perhaps.

you know i hate breathing that stuff - they say it causes cell damage to the brain

i've used that for my excuses in school plenty of times   :D

Lead doesn't do a body good that's for sure. Ventilation is your friend. ;) Strangely I've kind of grown fond of that burning rosin smell, that and the smell of some hot power resistors getting their ass kicked.

recently i found out the smell of a cooked IN4003. i know one things for sure - the first thing they taught us in school was not to straighten your solder with your fingers all the time. it can be absorbed through your skin :)

ahhh, gotta love the smells, sights, and sounds of electrical work.

Just got on guys....Had to work late. I see we have covered a few issues since last night. One being the rat race! I agree totally. Since school, I have always worked nights, and love it. Days free to golf, work out, not wait in traffic, lines at the grocery store, etc.

Slaves to a false pyramid is so true, but you are never gonna convince a lot of people that cuz when they are young they are fed this fallacy of Credit and borrow. It's all bullshit, and a lot of wealthy bankers wanna keep it that way.

I wonder if there is a common thread between people who are up all night and not being materialistic ? Seems to be a high percent of each here. :scared:

I refer to myself as Pro American made

I have called to myself "Saint Stephen" for a very long time. It is becoming difficult to live up to so I am going by "Czar Stephen the Great". It's just a bit more realistic.

My guitar case arrived today, Now I can finally change the rest of the strings..
For ESP supposedly being on the good quality side of guitars,
Their cases are flimsy as hell they should be embarrassed of the construction, There is no way in hell I would trust a case like this to gig with for any guitar that cost over a $1000.
No doubt they probably do not care, It looks like they can screen print their name on anything and kids will buy it these days..
