How do you release music?

I just finished recording a 3 song EP and I want to release it. I also just signed up for DistroKid.
I need artwork.
I need to create artist profiles.
I need to figure out a non-horrible fictitious record label name to release music under.

How do YOU release music?
Do you use DistroKid or something else?
