The famous last words "This is my last amp" always come to the forefront. ;)

That being said, each time I turn this one on, I'm really happy with it. It hasn't been a long time but I'm hoping that this may be it for a while now. I'm tiring of changing stuff around and just love playing whether live or in the studio and this amp delivers for me every single time.

Currently a Cameron Atomica for just over a year, but soon to be replaced with a 1983 Marshall JCM 800 2203 Killer Kali++ mod by Dan Gower.

5150 II that was put under the knife. Bought it new in 2005. Still own it to this day! going on 8 years

My last live amp was a Fortin Modded EVH 5150 III that I played live for two years. I had to sell it to buy a new car.

I started playing in a band again in January and my Marshall YJM has destroyed live ever since. My signal chain is very simple: Greg->Guitar->Cable->Amp-Cab ;)

Been rockin the SLO since the day you sold it to me brudda!!! And the amp I had the 4-5 years before that...the XTC that you sold me!! LOLOL I am king of "Who the hell is David Turner" hand me downs!!!
Yeah I'm in that club, still got the Marsha I traded from David coming up to 3 years. Other is a 100B XTC I've owned for 10 years.

My Rev2 Uberschall, going 6 years strong now.

VHT Deliverance 60, 5+ years. Still fall in love with it over and over again every time I plug in. Perfection :inlove:

Before that I played a Carvin Legacy halfstack for about 5 years, but I never really loved it. Very MEH

I'd use an ENGL preamp in to the fx return of it towards the end and was much happier

My Matchless Chieftain is with me as my #1 for about 9 years now...

I've had my Bogner Ecstasy 101B for about a year and a half and it's still going strong.

I have several "#1" amps depending on the gig:

Matchless Chieftain - 16 yrs
Friedman Marsha - 3 yrs
Trainwreck Express - 1 yr

If I could have only one, it would have to be the Marsha as it covers all of the bases of the other two very well, just not in quite as grand of a fashion.

For recording, I'd have to add a '68 Deluxe Reverb and a '63 Epiphone Pacemaker...both 20 year veterans in my lineup.

Splawn Street Rod it's just Killer my go too amp for playing out! Axe2 for rehersals!!

I'm really surprised with all the supposed flippin' that over 60% have had their #1 over 2 years, and almost a 1/3 over 4. :)

My main recording amp is the '69 Plexi I picked up around 91-92. It still kills it.

Main live amp is my Wizard MC the Rick built me around 2004. I dont play out anymore but use it alot for recording along with the Plexi.

6 years and going with my 5150III 100w (though recently I've been splitting the time with the 50w for smaller gigs)

Bought it the summer of 2007, the first month it came out, one of the first 400 built. Went in to buy a SLO and walked out with the EVH.

About 2 years. Novelty still hasn't worn off. I still get a woody every time I play through it
