Hi, retard here. You realize the internet is public, right? And to correct the lineage, it was owned by two other people, not "several"....Hi Rupe!

I think I will get by with the Ibanez, and the other "few" Charvels I have around. The Ibanez is a blast to play, and impeccable.

Hey Shawn, what's up? I notice the HRF 3-TITE is missing from that pic...please don't tell me you sold it!

Big Mouth Charvels are so cool I've never owned one, maybe someday.

Hey man! No, its here...Funny, was just playing it yesterday. Sounds so damn good with the bridge AND middle switch on........Like a strat with rabies. Just jumped on the JCF last week for the first time in a long while....Quite the young bunch anymore!

Gratuitous pictures....

It is certainly yellow! But, compared to some of my Charvels, it's downright tame.......

I have posted this elsewhere, but I have never seen a guitar as finely detailed and finshed as this J-custom. The fretwork is art. I am on the fence about the pups, never met a Dimarzio I liked, but other than that, its a forever guitar. And I cannot for the life of me figure out why anyone who likes trems wouldnt like this Edge Zero. I think it's badass.

Hey man! Good to see you at rig-talk... Glad you're diggin' the J-Custom!

Very cool! I have an '87 Jackson USA that is just like that. Except for the JT6 tremolo of the damned. :(

1) Learn how to do quotes.
2)  Means "this is a joke"
3) If you think I was taking a shot at you personally, or that I even know you or care who you are, you really need to get over yourself.

Have a nice day.
...... but I am not allowed to joke back.

Sorry, I missed the "joke back" part.

When I read "Hi, retard here. You realize the internet is public, right?"

What I thought you meant was "I am highly offended that you think I'm retarded. I do not remotely perceive the intended humor in your reply. Here is a picture of the traded guitar because now I feel obligated to prove that I am not retarded and that the trade was of comparable value. Words on a computer screen, and the opinion of someone I do not know 2500 miles away mean a lot to me. Also stay away from me in congested traffic conditions, because you just never know what will set me off."

Sorry, I got it totally wrong....

That line started to form a long time ago ;)
I had a feeling. :D

What ever happened to Chuck's white 3-TITE that you bought? I was literally a day late on that one, but ultimately lucked out as I scored two Rands the following week (which I couldn't have done otherwise had I bought the Charvel).

Sold it to a guy in San Diego. Just wasn't a great one IMO...

Alright, alright...... I've been a Charvel guy for 26 years and still don't know what they mean when they call them TITE.

Thanks

Sheesh... do I have to explain EVERYTHING to you? :D

TITE = Tucked In The Electronics. No pickguard, strat-style...

And btw, Nice pointy!

Black, and perfect.

Funny thing about those Custom Shop pointys. When they were making them, they didnt sell all that well, because everyone wanted stratheads. So they made stratheads, and all the former strathead whiners said they werent good enough, and the now not made pointys became somewhat scarce again.

Hang on to that bad boy. If you wanted to order that now, its a full on custom shop. Pointy's rule!

honestly, I didn't have any intention on hanging on to it but I just got it back from my luthier, just did an awesome set-up on it and oiled the neck which obviously was never done. It is so rich looking now and plays just effortlessly, it is a bad ass guitar.
But do you like it?

I knew it was only for three single coil, strat styles with no pickguard. I didn't know what the TITE stood for. I thought it meant something cool but now I'm disappointed. But since I have you explaining things, where do babies come from? ;)
