I used to tell myself that all the time about 20 years ago when I was a dedicated Marshall guy. Now all I really own is Fenders so his future is bright!

It's not for me. I just need decent sustain from the top 3 strings and then I'm good on the gain. If I could do that without gain, I would, but I can't, so I don't.

I need a giant wall of high gain tone that punches me in the chest and engulfs my entire soul
I live for hi gain tube tone . Just to feel it hear it in the room of live with drums
I think I’m going to hell . I love it too much .

There are only two tones. High gain and higher gain
