this has definitely opened my eyes to some things .... that and getting kicked out of the classifieds here .....

never considered myself a " manufacturer " ....... everything has different perspectives obviously ..... but this particular one eluded me ...

I didn't come to this site as a manufacturer to schill my wares .... came here in the Mass deportation from HCAF back in 06 ...

started building pedals in like 2018 just for myself ....... started showing some of my stuff on the site.... gave a few builds away and boom

Now people join the site just to get a hold of me ....

Time for Uncle Waynzo to either take a step forward .... or take a step back

my point was the marketing GC used on your pedal listing. Just cut Pittsburgh out for a timeout, No pedals for you, Pittsburgh!

IDK about the manufacturers' forum here; you probably get more attention in the main forum and classifieds. IMO.

Do what makes sense and what's best for you.

My RSM Dual Drive sounds/works amazing. Looks great doing it too!

was kinda meaning the price .... but yeah .... they wrote it up didn't they .... :ROFLMAO:

I got kicked out of the classifieds ..... because I'm a manufacturer ...... there's a rule ..... so every tom dick and hairy can't post their companies stuff on there ... which I totally get .. it just caught me way off guard when I was told ... I'd been putting my stuff in there for years now ...

I just build stuff ..... I have no website ... no youtube channel ..... but ... is what it is ... like I said .... either going forward .... or dropping out totally ....

Glad you love that pedal ..... it might be one of the best I've built ...... busted my goins on that sucker .... the routing to have the buffer come out of the circuit on one toggle switch drove me bananas !!! lol

wait till you see my duplex ...... finishing it up as we speak ...

you're doing it in silver IIRC? I thought about seeing if we could match the color scheme that Cornish used which was an industrial "bare metal" look, but I like purple, and with the sparkle and white knobs I think it looks great. I also decided on using Dual vs Duplex in the name, thinking fewer letters = bigger font.

FWIW, I'm building a new pedal board around it. So far: a Dunlop Crybaby Mini wah that I have sitting on a shelf for years, the Dual Drive, and maybe a compressor or EQ, after...the compressor may make the tone even smoother, liquid and glassy for leads. I plan to see how they work with the Dual Drive. I also plan to get a a new Boss EX-4 to put in the loop for time-based effects - waiting for them to be in stock, and waiting for my MF membership points to be available.

Like I posted before, I think more people would be interested in the Duplex if there was a good demo, especially with a Marshall JTM 45, plexi, JMP, or JCM 800. That's the era, and amps, Cornish designed these circuits for, with a few added tweaks along the way leading to the final SS-3 and G-2 versions.

yup ... silver water texture powder coat ..... it sparkles so much ..... totally reminds me of the 70's .... motorcycle helmets .. kids bike seats ... etc ..

people don't seem to mind not having a demo so far ... I've sold a few of them ... I'm sure your kind words and posts have helped
